Social Media and Social Networking can be powerful for b2b marketing. So often, businesses decide they need to be involved with social media,… so they open a Twitter account or flesh out a Facebook page, or they research to create a QR code… only to wonder why they aren’t getting fans, their “likes” aren’t converting,  or no one is scanning their QR Codes.

In short, their social media isn’t working.

Do you have a social media plan?  Is your organization prepared to ‘engage’ in the conversation?   Do you have a social media policy?

Jody Raines is an internationally recognized marketer and keynote speaker who discusses the missing link between your business goals and objectives and how to use the Internet to accomplish these goals.  As the President of WebMarCom, an Internet marketing agency, Jody is a frequent speaker for distinguished organizations including the Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce, The National Speakers Association,  The Camden County Regional Chamber of Commerce, the Garden State and Voorhees Rotaries, BizBuzz Network, eWomen Network, The Old Girls Network, the Voorhees Business Association, among others.

Social Media SpeakerJody was asked to teach Social Media and Internet Marketing for the Penn State as part of the Penn State in the City program.  She holds a Masters Degree in Technology Management and degrees in Management and Marketing.

If you feel you may not be getting the most efficient use of your marketing investment, and want to learn more about Internet marketing or social media marketing, Jody Raines is an excellent resource to consult or compliment your marketing team.

If you don’t have a marketing plan that includes how to utilize the Internet, you could be either missing great opportunity, or leaving your company open to great liability.  In either case, the time to start is now.  Social Media including Twitter, Linkedin, Facebook, Flikr, YouTube, Quora, Reddit, StumbleUpon, Delicious, etc are not going away.  If anything social media is becoming more and more important as a business and marketing tool.
