So often, businesses decide they need to be involved with social media,… so they open a Twitter account or flesh out a Facebook page, or they research to create a QR code… only to wonder why they aren’t getting fans, their “likes” aren’t converting,  or no one is scanning their QR Codes.

In short, their social media isn’t working.
